The reason I went to extra space storage was because it advertised the first month was free, and had a moving truck they let you use. After paying over $600.00 I asked why I didn't get first month free. The lady was very rude and told me that I had to ask about it , that they don't just do it automatically. Then she said that it depends on if I got the online rate or walk in rate. ( wonder why they didn't put that in writing next to the giant sign saying first month free?) This is my first time looking into a storage unit as I was moving I looked at Various different rental places and had a horrible experience when I came extra space at their location in Chandler I was greeted by Tangela and this employee made the price is just a lot easier for me and answer all my questions

Don’t rent from 2880 W. Elliott Rd . Facility. The manager there Gilbert will try to date you. And he will follow you around the facility in his golf cart.
