The other building is old, has ancient elevators, and restrictive hours of access. This building is bright, clean, drive-up, and has long hours of access. Plus, I grabbed a web special rate that made consolidating both units to a larger one here a no-brainer. And Tony and Jasmine are great site managers!

I moved my 1 bedroom apartment into storage for a temporary relocation. The unit at the first facility I tried to rent from wasn't acceptable and the folks both on the phone and at the first and second locations were extremely helpful to get me find a unit that did meet my needs without added cost.
Call center was professional and office staff extremely helpful and patient.
I liked to work with the employees who gave me good advice.
There are tons of storage companies, but you stand apart by providing a great in store experience, professionalism and a very clean facility.
