This place far outshines the rest in Roseville when it come to cleanliness and professionalism. Easy access until 10 pm, and on site resident. I know they all have on site residents, but this one actually gives a rip. Glad I found this place, I would definitely refer my friends here. Kevin D. Roseville
I rented here for almost a year. If I wasn't relocating I would have continued to keep my storage unit. This is the most friendly staff. They are very understanding & helpful. The grounds are very clean & well maintained. I would highly recommend anyone in the Roseville area looking for storage needs to check them out.

Michael and Laura are super easy to deal with ! They're friendly and helpful and initial sign up was a breeze. They storage unit we rented was clean and good-sized. Prices are good and we couldn't be more pleased !!!
It's a storage unit, so there isn't much to it. It's definitely clean and priced similarly to others in the area. They don't offer a moving truck but we didn't really need it. The folks at the call center were very nice to talk to but the facility manager isn't the most pleasant person to talk to. Very short and not especially nice. Must have caught him on an off day I guess.
so far we are very happy with them. We have only been a client since the end of december. But they are professional, clean, and secure. No complaints. And their pricing is much cheaper then the one right next door.
Be very careful with pricing. My subscription price was suddenly doubled without any prior notice, despite the contract clearly stating that a 30-day notice is required before any price increase. Customer service was unable to find a solution. I later found that similar pricing practices have already led to class action lawsuits in the past. This feels misleading and untrustworthy. I've never experienced such unprofessional, retaliatory, and outright harassing behavior as I have at the Extra Space Storage in Roseville. For weeks, I've been singled out, talked down to, and treated with zero respect. Renters beware of renting any units in the front section facing Washington Blvd. of this facility. The open space dry grass area is a haven for insects that can destroy your belongings. I had a business with multiple units here and had to move out due to infestation of insects that destroyed thousands of dollars' worth of my inventory.
