I reserved storage online and went to the office the next day with a few questions. Jon and Bren were so customer focused and happily answered my questions. Bren helped to set up the numerical lock for me and even showed me the location of my storage space. Jon really wanted to know if the online experience was helpful.. I highly recommend this storage location since this office staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
