The sign-up process was quick and easy. The follow-up communication was superb and Nate was very helpful in getting me to the unit and explaining the lock system and other information. 5 stars for Nate, the follow-up emails, and the signup process. Thank you all for the help in the time I needed it. Also, the baked cookies that Nate provided when I checked in were awesome. Just kidding there were no cookies. Just checking to see who is reading the review. Have a great and blessed day.

The sign up process could not have been easier. This storage unit was within 2 minutes of my house and an added bonus was it was the cheapest.

I must say I was forced into having to get a storage unit, and I was told to go to the 22 mile Van Dyke Extra space storage. Marion was kind and helpful, and actually drive me around the facilities in a golf cart to see what unit would accommodate my needs. I would recommend this location to anyone that is in the area and needs extra space... Great choice, and I am happy with my decision..

Easy to do business with and they have fair rates. Staff seems nice, never any issues with my auto-pay. Would return if needed

I like the on line application and reservation. The staff on site were very helpful and considerate. So far, I am pleased with my short term storage unit rental.

So far so good. I have been treated professionally by the staff. I applied online and was called immediately. I went to the facility and was given a tour of my storage garage as well as the rest of the facility. I misplaced my insurance certificate for my car so the manager was good enough to scan his copy and give me a certificate. This is my third time renting at Extra Space. It's always been a good experience!

Don't pay any attention to online specials they advertise. Once they hook you and you have all of your stuff moved in you can expect to pay double or close to it within a year and a half. There should be a law to protect against their inevitable and consistent price hiking strategy.
