I had a unit for three plus years discovered a leak on Thanksgiving I lost all my furniture and 98% of personal belongings no offer of help from the manager the maintenance man showed up when they were removing all my furniture to the dumpster long story disappointed in the lack of any offer or assistance from Extra Space Storage irregardless of who I have insurance with they claim no responsibility for the leaks in their roof

I referred a friend, and was suppose to receive the $50 off for a referral. I never got it, so when I questioned Mark, he was a total dick and accused me of being dishonest.
