There are huge RATS in the storage rooms here. They made a nest in my belongings and ruined all of my furniture. There was rat poop, fur, pee and stench ALL OVER!!! I was horrified, they did nothing about it and stated that the insurance they FORCE us to purchase does not cover it. I had to throw most of my furniture away. The reason we put our items in storage and agree to pay a huge monthly fee for it is because these are VALUABLE items. Do not rent here they say they send you a letter before raising the rent rate which they never do, and say they raise the rent because the market rates going up! they dont check shit, I have checked other storage facilities and their prices are way lower than this!I got this unit 7 months ago and rent went up 2 times in those 7 months. they contact you to take your money but they cant contact you to let you know about changes . SAVE YOURSELF. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION!!!! It's one thing after another here with this place. They are super nice to you when you first show up to sign up and then the nonsense starts. They send you a tiny post card notice informing you that they are doing $80 increases to your monthly rental, effective within 10 days from the notice. You have to accept the increases.
