😀This location is clean and conveniently located but the best thing about this specific location it is the exceptional customer service that Alisha provides. She has left the comfort of her office chair numerous times to escort me around the building, no complaints added, just a wonderful smile. We need more people like her in the customer service community. In this post Covid 19 world, customer service, just generally sucks, but not here . . . . big kudo's too Alisha, keep up the exceptional work !!!

I was provided with the exact product I asked for, added bonus it's climate control! I was offered options on pricing specials and the lady at the front desk assisted me with a tour of the facility. Thanks Extra Space Storage for making a not so ideal situation (needing storage) easy!

The move in experience was great! The customer service folks at the site were extremely friendly and very accommodating to exactly what I needed. I didn't feel like I was paying for more size than what was necessary and they helped me work out the best deal for what I was looking for.
