I was provided with the exact product I asked for, added bonus it's climate control! I was offered options on pricing specials and the lady at the front desk assisted me with a tour of the facility. Thanks Extra Space Storage for making a not so ideal situation (needing storage) easy!
The move in experience was great! The customer service folks at the site were extremely friendly and very accommodating to exactly what I needed. I didn't feel like I was paying for more size than what was necessary and they helped me work out the best deal for what I was looking for.
