I am a fan of this place because Cynthia and Kevin are really great, caring people. The other lady that works there is also kind. It makes a huge difference (imo) when you're going through some things and that's why you're in need of temporary storage. Regardless, I personally prefer to give my business to people that are nice. My advice to this place is to get more carts, which I believe they may have addressed this already. I found out that someone stole a cart and that's why they were short.
