This ExtraSpace Storage is great! The store manager Jerry made our storage rental very easy. He was very helpful and provided amazing customer service!

This storage space is special due to one employee. Jerry is the man! He is very kind and informative. He gave us a great deal and was willing to help us in the future if we have any trouble. Picked up a space here to prep for moving which will happen...sometime...but in the meantime, climate-controlled, good location, seems very secure. Bluetooth in and out access. Walls go all the way up, is very clean, and is not too close to the hills so I don't have to worry about wildfires.
I stated renting a small 3x3 space for my business materials here recently. The process was almost entirely automated, was quick and easy. I reserved the space I wanted, but it was not necessary. I paid for everything and moved in the same day. The lock was in the space. I downloaded the app, which allows for automated gate entry and automatic payments. I highly recommend.

I came in to look for a storage for my extra stuff. Came in and talked to manager David who was very helpful and guided me to find the right size storage for me. The process was very fast and convenient. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent facility: clean, secure, well organized and professional David the manager provides great customer service: welcoming, friendly, helpful. He was very transparent about the terms and conditions and helped us to decide about the free first month versus normal rental price as well as about the insurance. David was the main differentiator for us. We preferred Extra Space to other companies and moved from another company's rental unit to come here.

As long as Ive lived in San Jose, (My Whole Life) Ive never knew this Extra Space was back here. Reserved a storage space yesterday and came to see and rent it today. The service I received was great by a gentleman named Perry, he showed me the maze and where my storage is located and was fast in getting the worst part done whichs the paperwork.
