I am new to this facility. My first impressions are good. This place is clean, safe and its prices are very competitive. Its customer service is very friendly and efficient. I do recommend this facility to anyone who needs extra space.
We have used this storage unit for 1 year. I like using storage units when I move. I have been late on a couple of payments and they are not flexible and this I didn't like. Management here hasn't always been helpful.
Great place, Great customer service, Clean, well lighted. Staff is very helpful and very polite. If you need a storage place this is it. They have what you need and if not they will out you on a waiting list and call when they do.
Great service and very helpful. We had to move from one storage space to another one in the facility after we downsized and it was very easy to do
Do not rent storage here it's a scam!! This company has been charging double price without even letting me know. Corporate office sent mails to our old address for the increase multiple times, they do not send emails or text to let you know the price increase in 3 months+ 6 Months+ 9 Months such a shady place to rent a storage.

I have a 10x15 storage unit that cost approximately $350 per month. This price is outrageous! I feel that we are being taken advantage of. Nobody wants to rent a storage unit. We do it because we have to. Thankfully mine is just temporary. Charging us that much money to hold our things is sad and morally wrong. This company says it cares about their costumers, but it clearly does not. Otherwise they would not charge so much to use a basic storage unit. Broken into storage units! Be careful!!! Also someone had food in their storage units so mice went into a few different units on different units. Also their contract requests agreement by Arbitration clause. Open till 10 which is nice. The quality of storage has gone down though. Theft, vermin, bugs, geese is this a sleezy restaurant or a premium storage place? I don't know storage units in general but man.
