Anastasia was great to work with from Extra Space Storage. They had just what we needed and it was set up quickly and efficiently. Wow! I have been renting a few storage rooms at another company's facility for years. Not a bad experience, but not impressive. just so-so. Having come back from overseas I needed a place to store my life. I could not have found a better facility. More importantly is the customer service, Anastasia and the team there have been beyond helpful. When I needed something, it was prompt and professionally provided. When my credit card expired they politely contacted me and took care of the issue seamlessly. A real pleasure to have them store all of my life.
