Had to find storage for my sick mother on short notice. Checked reviews before calling around. Contacted Extra Space Storage and they were very helpful. We had a little misunderstanding regarding the time that I could be there to sign the contract. But other than that, the service was exceptional. The facility is well maintained and clean. And it is affordable!

Tamara was very nice and very patient.....when we got there she was dealing with a very rude couple that was arguing but the whole time Tamara remained calm....I would record this storage place to anyone the service was great and easy

These guys were awesome. We called several places and they had the best deals. When I showed up, they patiently showed me several units until I found one that I liked. Paperwork took a matter of minutes. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Very Clean facility. Very professional staff and fast. I especially like that there are carts for me to use to push my stuff through the halls. I haven't put anything in my storage yet but will be soon. I must say that Tamara is awesome!

This is the best storage place I have ever used. The staff is friendly, professional and always helpful. The grounds are kept clean. The access hours are more than reasonable. They have really nice heavy-duty carts to carry boxes around on. The location is very user friendly. Once I forgot to lock my unit and within an hour I received a call, now that's service! I got a unit here in October while me and my son lived with family while I looked for a new place. They did not offer renters insurance from what I was told and they said it was "climate control" it definitely wasn't. I was supposed to move into a new place in may so I had to stop by my unit to grab some things I go in and there's a horrible smell and I find mold on everything me and my son own. Is there a class action lawsuit yet? They bait and switch on the prices and double them without proper notice or agreement. They rob their customers. It's disgusting how they treat people. Please contact me when there's a good class action suite for bait and switch rate increases.
