DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My brother rents a unit here, and I don't know about anybody else but he downsized & was storing all his possessions in the unit. He's had health issues recently & his unit was broken into a few months ago. He bought a lock from the storage place & the person who burglarized the unit broke the whole lock off. Fast forward 2 surgeries later & the Storage place increased his rent, so we moved him to a smaller unit, guess what? As what other reviewers pointed out recently, there is large rat problem. Recently had to move out and movers noted that many of my items were opened due to rats munching on the boxes and furniture had many droppings and urine.

Went to my unit today to find rat poop all over my things. Several hallways outside of my unit also have rat poop. So I now have to move my things to another property, after my last unit had a water leak, Not even a year ago. I asked what is going to be done, I was told my the DM Brian that they have a new pest control company that is trying to get a handle on the situation that puts traps and urine around the property to deter them. I have stored my stuff here for about 2 years. Everything was great until I went to move out of the facility (I hadn't been by in a couple months because of COVID). When I started moving things I realized there was a lot of rat poop and little rat footprints. As I got to my chairs and desk in the back of the unit they were absolutely covered in rat poop and urine. This wasn't a lone rat, it was like these suckers were having a party in my unit. All was fine at the storage unit until I got a call on Monday saying something might have happened and I needed to come down there. Turns out my storage unit has been burglarized. They said it probably happened on Sunday as they don't have staff on site. The worst part is they have had a bunch of units broken into recently and instead of reaching out to tenants they thought going around daily checking locks was enough! One star is for the condition of the facility. It's very well-kept and in order. The other is for the staff. They've been Professional. There is where I stop. Renters need to be warned.We did not get 1st month free as they advertise- many stipulations for that. We did get 1/2 off 1st month & then @ 4 1/2 months raised 15%, (assured more raises to come) after being told few and minimal increases to occur upon signing. I went in to rent a unit. There were 2 large flags in front stating first month free. The man who showed me a couple of units said there is no "first month free" promotion. If there was one there would be a large banner. He said the 2 banners did not count. I told him it sounded like bait-n-switch and told him I would not rent there. Left and checking other storage businesses.

I ordered my space online got there used my own truck had my Fiance' bring stuff into night before move day! the doors locked and he left his backpack with everything in it so went back in and while he was getting his stuff the gates all closed , (Remember Ist day and just got it) He didn't know code by heart yet So he had to jump the fence to get out! After 5 years of renting, I found that my storage unit was broken into and most of my valuables were taken. The burglar was smart enough to replace my existing lock with a new lock that looked exactly the same. The only identifier was that my key did not fit in the hole. The staff advised me to file a police report and claim. If you plan on renting a unit here or at any storage facility for that matter, be smart and buy insurance. I am not a happy customer right now.
