The team was friendly and I really appreciated the online experience. I like the new digital lock system. My only frustration was having to continue to call back for a follow up on completing the lease. It was during the holidays so I can understand the craziness, but it was still a bit frustrating. The team was always pleasant so this helped to alleviate my frustration and concerns.

I have only been with Extra Space Storage for a week, but the price, climate control storage option, convient online rental, and the free lock, chosing them was a no brainier!
