The units are clean. The staff are friendly and are willing to help with anything, easy to reach and great to talk too.
Everyone has been fantastic! The unit is clean and was to access. Considering the snow... the property is well cleared and easy to navigate! Absolutely the best customer service!
My cousin recommended this storage company and provided me with 2 size units to look at. Then myself going in person and calling on phone, because of short notice to get storage unit. The staff attended to my needs and was very helpful if I needed to rent it for an extra month or more.
Place is always maintained, clean etc. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

This is not my first experience with Extra Space they are great I love that they have people on-site 24hr’s so that my stuff is safely secure. This is also a very clean storage facility
