I chose this place because of the price and location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Units are clean and safe(gate and security camera). Temperature control is not provided and that is why this place has better price than other storage places. However, thick walls help the place to be cooler(warmer) than outside. I need to experience July/August weather, but you should be fine as long as you don't store temperature sensitive material(ex: food).
