Great promotion and friendly staff
Edwin, the store manager, showed excellent customer service. I came into the store five minutes before closing. He was extremely patient and showed me three different storage units. All units were securely locked in a gate with an access code. They were professional and the best prices in town!
Mixed Experience – Read the Fine Print. The initial administrative process was actually really smooth — the staff was helpful and check-in was quick and painless. However, the advertised price was a bit misleading. Once you factor in all the extra fees, it ended up being more than expected. What was most disappointing is that the unit isn’t climate-controlled.
