Cindy at the front office is SO helpful and called to make sure i was all set with my unit. Billy was also super sweet when i came into the office. Units are so clean and air conditioned. Easy access from main roads you can tell they really care about their renters! highly recommend for anyone looking for storage in tampa.

It so easy to book online, with great deals. I've been storing for over 4 months now, and recently moved some things out. Cindy noticed that I had extra space and offered me to downgrade my unit. She even got me the move in rate. Was very thoughtful her of her! In addition this place is super clean and easy to access.

Getting a storage unit, transferring storage units, moving items from storage units...none of it is inherently stress-free. Cindy went above and beyond to make getting set up with a unit go smoothly! The property feels safe is surprising clean for a storage facility. The office is also modern and welcoming. I know my items are safe and secure here. When I need storage space in the future, I will not hesitate to use Extra Space again.

I highly recommend this storage facility! From the very first contact to me closing out my storage locker they have been very professional! The whole experience was amazing, and I was with them 2.5 years! They always treated me respectfully and like they really wanted to be of service, Chuck especially. Just found out I am going to need a storage unit and quickly! Reserving the space online was a piece of cake. I came in to look at the space to ensure that it was large enough to fit my 2 bedroom apartment, Chuck was amazing and very knowledgeable. He recommended a space that would fit all of my stuff and I had to agree. Thanks Chuck you're the best!
