Just found out I am going to need a storage unit and quickly! Reserving the space online was a piece of cake. I came in to look at the space to ensure that it was large enough to fit my 2 bedroom apartment, Chuck was amazing and very knowledgeable. He recommended a space that would fit all of my stuff and I had to agree. Thanks Chuck you're the best!

I would like to give kudos to Eddie Pozi at Extra Space Storage on W.Cypress Street. We walked in about 15 minutes before closing and Eddie was efficient, professionally, and courteous. He was very upbeat and friendly. He obviously loves his job and it shows, Thanks Eddie for a great experience and taking care of us.
After 15 years of 'storing', I have finally found a place that doesn't fall short. Jack, the manager is a gem. Very helpful, attentive and well mannered. Easy in an out, everyTIME.
I would highly recommend this storage facility. The employees are very nice, place is always clean, kept cool, locked up and pretty easy to get in and out of. They do not make you pay for a full month if you only need a partial month which was a huge thing and they go out of their way to make sure your move is as smooth as possible. The building is well maintained, does not have any weird smells like some others do, and has plenty of hand carts and dollies for everyone to use.
Great facility. Extremely clean and pleasant staff. No issues and we have used them for summer storage for 5 years.
Clean, reasonably priced, and staff are very friendly. I work near by which makes it convenient.
