I gave a rating of 5 because from my initial call to the store to me putting my stuff in the there facility, everything went smoothly. People are very nice and knowledgeable of what they are doing and was able to stear me in the right direction.

The ladies in the front are nothing but wonderful! Reserving my 10x10 was very easy to do on my lunch break. When we moved into the 10x10 we quickly realized it was too small. The ladies made it such an easy transition to move into the 10x20 at our own pace because of the free months! The location is less than 5 minutes from parkways exit 117. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage of Hazlet!
