Easy to rent online, great for storage during covid, can be completely contact free. If you do need help, the staff is very friendly and wear masks for safety. Everything was very clean and it is so easy to go in and out to drop stuff off!

Not complicated. Staff was very friendly, understanding and accommodating. They stayed on the phone with me all the way until I got to my storage room (they had to stay in the office because of Covid-19). The place is soooooo clean, I LOVE IT! Location is only 5 mins from home and hours are perfect. I can go back and forth to my home with ease. So far so good, no issues and if there were I'm pretty sure they can take care of it. I'm very glad I chose Extra Space Storage.
