This place is amazing! Catherine and John are always helpful and friendly and the communication is fantastic! I have been renting here for several years and I have never had any issues with staff or accessibility. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in DesPlaines, Illinois.

I would recommend Extra Space storage because it has reasonable prices,very clean building and staff at the Desplaines store is very nice and knowledgeable. Katherine was very nice and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend!😊

It’s clean, the staff have always been friendly and helpful, and there has always been a cart available for use. Never too many people there too, which is nice because we never had to wait for an elevator or worry about being too close to people during COVID-19.
