RecommendedIt’s clean, the staff have always been friendly and helpful, and there has always been a cart available for use. Never too many people there too, which is nice because we never had to wait for an elevator or worry about being too close to people during COVID-19.
Great Price for any unit needed and very clean storage.
I like the facility, it's clean and accessible. Catherine at the front counter is very pleasant. However, finding out that a 14% increase in my fee after just three payments is upsetting. I was told that corporate checks competitors in the area for pricing every so often and found they were charging more so to keep Extra Space competitive they raised my fee. Not understanding how that keeps you competitive, but so be it. If it wasn't for that I would have given them 5 stars.
