Great storage facility! Very clean! Easy to access! I was able to drive right up to my unit to load/unload. Staff is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful! Never had any issues with this company. Would 10/10 recommend!

I've had storage units at this location (San Dimas) for years, as have other members of my family. The initial prices can't be beat -- yes they unfortunately go up and sometimes fairly rapidly, but they're still very competitive with the rates of other local places. The service at this location is amazing. I've mostly dealt with Aaron the manager, but the other employees have always been really nice and extremely helpful if I've ever had questions. Convenient location, reserved online for the lower web rate. I used my own homeowners insurance (brought policy with me at signing) but their insurance seems reasonable. Aaron has good customer service and works efficiently. The place has electronic code access, security, and drive up access to unit. I bought their cylinder lock for $17 or so and there is room to add extra padlocks if desired.
These guys go above & beyond! Very personable, it's super refreshing & the prices beat out all the others in the area! I highly recommend coming here, very knowledgeable, forthcoming, & friendly!
