This was my first tine using a storage facility. .it was so easy and the staff were excellent. I will be a customer for life now It was easy to find, the facility was easy to fine and to use for a first time user..if I could I would give a score of 20 to the facility and staff. Thank you!!!

Yes, I am happy with ESS in Frederick MD on Industry Lane. Matt is knowledgeable and helpful. This location is very convenient and access is til 10pm 7 days/wk ! Some other storage CO. closes at 9pm. This location is usually at full capacity so availability is an issue ! I ended up renting a large unit elsewhere and a 5x7 at ESS.
