Overall, if I could give Extra Space Storage more than five stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. This is the third time over the past decade that I've rented one of their units. They're great and I've never experienced any issue with climate control, safety, flooding, billing, or with the front office or corporate office being unresponsive. The young lady that helped lease a unit was very friendly. She took the time to show me the various sizes and walked in the unit with me to help me better gauge the space. She was a real delight. I'm hoping my unit will be great as well. The property seemed clean and not busy at all, which means I won't have to wait in a line or try to maneuver around people to reach my unit.

Leslie was pretty great in assisting me during the process as it was my first time using storage. She was incredibly patient going over the details of the process even while my son was driving me a little crazy in the process. It has been a good experience so far!
After doing some comparative shopping/pricing, we stopped in at Extra Space Storage and were amazed at the excellent service and warmth of the office personnel (Tina). She was extremely helpful and provided a very positive rate and explained everything so well. My wife and I were super impressed and would highly recommend ESS to anyone looking for a storage unit. This is my first time using this storage, the young lady behind the counter (Leslie) was very friendly and informative. She explained everything involved with the rental of the unit and made my wife and I feel safe about keeping our things at the site, with their security procedure's. She found us a discount for the unit which I wasn't expecting. The office as well as the storage units are clean and easy to get to.I would recommend them to family and friends.

I started renting in february 2024 and my rate has gone up now for the 3rd time. The notice I just received gives a new rate that is a 41% increase. I had a leak in my unit twice. The first time the customer service person gave me a plastic sheet and made excuses about the roof construction.
