My wife and I stopped by our storage unit today to drop some things off. I always go in to use the bathroom when we stop in and I meet with whoever is behind the desk. Cindy and Chris were there today. They are both so friendly, welcoming and outgoing. They do an excellent job representing Extra Space Storage. I recently went to Extra Space Storage in East Stroudsburg, PA where I have a unit. I hadn’t been there in a month and a half and I forgot my password and unit number. Cindy and Chris were so friendly and sweet. They did not allow me to feel foolish for my forgetfulness. Cindy checked out my information and provided the unit number and password.
