Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Staff very friendly and informative. Had a good feeling about using this facility regarding safety and proper protection of my property.

Renters beware!!!!! I was told the rental rate would remain the same for the first six months and then it would increase. Two months in to the rental, it almost doubled. and the staff say now they never said it would remain the same for six months. THEFT BY DECEPTION. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

Had been storing my furniture there for 1 1/2 years and down sized the unit. Was told the rate was locked in for 6 months at $78 . Two months later they raised it to$118 Called the office and they now say they never said it would be locked in for any period of time. DO NOT USE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE, THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!!AWFUL PEOPLE

The place is clean and has security camera. Its easy to get a unit. I can tell most likely someone attempted to break in at the unit I was assign to at one time because there are two spaces to put a lock on and one was broke and the metal was dented some. The fencing also had a patch because part of fencing was damaged by either someone or something. I never had issues with break ins myself. Once I was done with my initial rental, upon my first storage run, I was greeted by an employee and then the employee appeared with a hand truck to assist me with the boxes. He then asked us if we needed any further assistance. If this is the normal way they do business, I don't see why anyone would give thus company less then 5 stars.
