I am at a loss for words to describe how wonderful my experience was at ExtraSpace storage in getting a storage unit. I first went to the location near the 24th Street trolley stop, and because I'm handicapped he referred me to their site near the Iris trolley station because they have an elevator I could use to access my unit. The customer service attitude at both sites was second to none. I selected a unit at the Iris location which was far cheaper than I thought it would be and exactly what I needed. I really like this place. Management is really good super friendly... great prices as well! I highly recommend!
We used this storage location while our home was under construction and remodeled. We thought we'd only use the unit for 6 months but ended up there for 15 months. The only issue was the price doubled, but with the cost of space in SD it's to be expected. Erica was great at move-in and move-out. She has a tough job dealing with all the messes left by people, so inconsiderate. Even with all she deals with, she is helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to care for her customers.
