At first I was excited for this storage to be near a convenient location but today's experience was a little different. I admit that I should not park in the parking lot. And as a prior customer I am not entitled to park in the parking lot. But I am aware of what a good customer experiences is. And that was not the case today. VETERANS/ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY I am a disabled veteran and called to reserve a 10 by 20 unit for my house when I was moving. They reserve it say nothing about how they plan to give it to someone else the next day and gave me a confirmation number garunteeing my reservation. The day before move I call to add just a second small 10 by 10 and they are like o yeah we also gave your reserved unit away. Stay away from this storage facility! Jayann has nothing to do but "spy" on her customers. They don't tell you what the upfront rules are re: your storage space. I rented a 10 x 20' space for my classic car and I was told I could not even wipe the windshield. Oh no! Against the rules! S. Katz

Very bad management, had a rude and disrespectful on site manager threaten me when i was there to move my trailer claiming i was "doing repairs" on my trialer and that it was against policy. Called regional to file a complaint and there answer was "hes one of our top managers he would never do anything like that" On top of that they reel you in with shady promotions only to increase your rate every three months with no cap. Stay away from this garbage buisness

Well I haven't even had the unit a year and just received a postcard with my 2nd rate increase - it's now gone up over 30% from the initial rate! When I was deciding where to store I specifically asked Ruth what were the rate increases normally - I was told "Well it is month to month but I haven't seen any rate increases for 2 years" - LIARS

I tried all day to rent a space at this location I called the new customer line and then went to this location. They were not open the signs said they were I went back many times and nobody was ever there. If this is the way they treat their new customer I am glad I did not rent. I called national number and was provided Gerardo's phone number he did not answer and has not returned my call. I am now stuck paying for a rental truck until Monday as other locations will not be open on Sunday. This place will go out of business ... read more
