I rented a storage space at Country Club Hills Extra Space Storage facility. I was happy to have Mr. James W. assist me. He was very pleasant to work with and he made sure I got what I was looking for. Thank you Sir. I so appreciate having Extra Space Storage of Country Club Hills in my community and I especially appreciate having you as a representative. If anyone is looking for extra space I highly recommend this place.
I am livid!!! Renters beware, this is my experience. I rented a 10x10 unit in October 2023 online, at a rate of $73 a month, with an additional cost for insurance. After researching other units, this was the best price even though the facility is several miles away from home.... too good to be true!!! I received a notice in the mail on Jan 2, 2024, that the rate will increase from $73 to $134 ( a $61 increase) the increase will be effective next month due to the current market price. Cory the Extra Storage Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in working me . He was more than willing to take the time that some of us senior citizens may need. I would high recommend this location to family and friends for their storage needs!
Picked up a unit today, jasmin was wonderful! Very hospitable, friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this location for business. Definitely will come back! Thank you!!
