Great service, a little narrow on the driveways, prices jumped 30% within a year so I added a storage spot to my yard.

These people are on top of everything. They are very helpful and understanding. In my opinion there are many reasons why yo oriole need storage units work, moving, homeliness and all of these are VERY STRESSFUL. To have a peace of mind from kind and empathetic staff who run these facilities is HUGE!!!!! Definatly not a job just anyone can do. 2 thumbs up to my storage unit in University and 2 thumbs up to corporate for hiring excellent employees with mad skills in customer service. we need a place to store our stuff and called the 800 number. the facility called us to set it up. we are from out of town and not sure if we can get there before the office is open. the assistant manager was very helpful to set up everything on line and sent us the instructions both on line and via the phone. as soon as we got there, everything is set up as the way they told us. Absolutely incredible experience. Highly professional staff. Clean and safe facilities. Also, Terry, the GM, is extremely kind, professional and respectful. I would trust this location with any of my belongings in the future.

I love this place ! James and Sofia are great ! They have absolutely made me feel like they actually care . Provided and continue to provide me with customer service that is 100 percent . if your looking for a secure place, clean property and really nice people choose EXTRA SPACE !

James is a wonderful person, super helpful and authentic. Easy going, durable, safe outside storage if your not looking for something climate controlled.
