Arranging rental space via telephone call went very well. Ann at the rental facility was great. She made the process easy and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

This facility goes well beyond the basics. The "General Manager and staff are exceptional"—professional, personable, and consistently helpful. Interactions are always positive, and I genuinely feel "valued as a customer". Security is rock-solid, and I have total confidence in the "safety of my belongings". I'm always greeted with a smile, and the atmosphere is both "welcoming and well-managed". An above-average experience in every sense—highly recommended.

Staff was very helpful. We ended up locked in the first night we moved in because they did not give us our gate code. However, the call center got us out in no time. This particular property leaves a gate unlocked during the day which makes me feel like the property is not very secure. Also seems to lack on site camera surveillance, which we'd prefer for safety and peace of mind. The property is very difficult to get in and out of with large vehicles (26 foot rental trucks). Cary, the leasing agent, is amazing. A true professional! If he had not told me that he had only worked there for a short period of time I would have never known. I was in a jam and needed to store my motorcycle. He explaned everything in detail. Very thorough. If you need a place to keep some stuff for a while go see Cary at the Arvada locations he will take care of all your needs.
