Not sure what, EXACTLY is going on with these reviews but my review of ‘Extra Space Storage” is so different I must conclude someone got their friends to post positive reviews. This is what happened to us. We rented a small unit for about $109 a month and 2 months later we get a notice by mail stating that the cost would double, DOUBLE. It seems the establishment waited until we got all our stuff moved in before making the announcement to bend us over. We spoke to this “Ann” person who said it was out of her hands.
