Clean and well-kept. I don't mean the manager Frances or Alan but the premises. Renting an appropriate unit was easy and the good people at Extra Space Storage Cary are honest and very accommodating. If the unit had running water and a bed, I would move in myself! Highly recommended!

My reservation through the national UHaul web site was useless - the location was out of the UHaul business. My reservation for an appliance handtruck was not noted on the ticket and I had to return to get it. I felt rushed and inadequately oriented to the vehicle. I was also confused about what set of papers to leave at the drop off location.
