This is my second experience with extra space storage. Once in Charlotte and now three units in Cary. In both experiences the office personnel seemed well trained and very easy to work with.

This place is extremely clean and in great condition. The prices are fair and the staff are extremely helpful. First time opening my locker, however, the latch was stuck and then slammed open making a huge cut on my thumb. Be careful when opening your unit door latch.
