accessories were pricey. insurance is a good idea but it does not cover for everything. Hours are not flexible enough.

I only dropped the vehicle at the location afterhours and could not go into the store. Good and easy parking for the truck. Good lighting.
process was simple and easy, staff was nice and thorough, equipment was in great condition, price reasonable. about the only minor negative comment is having to return the truck with the tank half-full instead of full. Makes it a bit of a guessing game but they provide a cheat-sheet to help

Didn't get the size trailer I reserved but it worked out for me and the people at this location were very nice and knew their stuff. They gave me a smaller trailer but allowed me to keep it longer so I could make another trip if needed. luckily I didn't.
Before dropping off the truck I refilled the truck until it would take no more gas. I drove about 2 miles from there to the uhaul location. The next day I was called and told the fuel indicator was not on Full, but rather on the line below Full, and was charged $37. That sucks! I probably won't use Uhaul again.
