Eli was so helpful getting me set up with a storage unit! He was very thorough with his questions to ensure we had the right sized unit for our needs. When I arrived at the location, he showed me around and made sure I knew how to access my storage unit. The office staff was very friendly and I felt that they took the time to explain everything well. He showed the unit to me and explained very well how to find it and how the gate worked. I feel that my things are very secure and the units are clean and dry.

I would’ve given a 5 star with ease except that I wasn’t aware of the administration fee that costs more than the unit I needed. If I wasn’t in a tough spot because of the need store for a month, the fee alone would’ve turned me away. My storage is only 9 a month.
