I rented from here 6 years ago when it was owned by a different company to store my stuff while I returned home for a summer during college. Two years ago when I needed a storage unit again I thought to return here. This is probably the cleanest and most professional storage facility I have seen and used. The location may seem questionable to some, but I have always felt very safe and secure within the complex. I didn't give it 5 stars because my rate has increased twice. Paid upfront and was told to show up during office hours to provide an ID. Showed up during office hours and no one was there. Called customer service and got nothing but bad attitudes. Completely unacceptable. I'd burn my stuff before giving this place my business.

Be careful when you reserve. Make sure they put you in as a reservation and not an appointment. Last week i reserved a 5by10 unit online, possibly 10 mins later i get a call from the facility when i explained i wanted to reserve the unit for the following week, the guy pushed me to come in ASAP or the unit could be sold, i explained what theyre reservation policy was and im reserving. Terrible experience!! Would never even consider using this facility again. I moved in and out in the same day. Went a mile down the street, got friendlier service and a climate controlled unit for the same price they were charging for a regular unit. And when I returned to tell the guy that I was going to vacate the unit he flippantly said that if I got a climate controlled unit at that price, they were going to buy them out, and kept referencing Fort Knox. How arrogant!!! And for the record I didn't even use Fort Knox
If you dont have the option if an option to use a moldy basement then this coukd work for you. Should you need to talk to someone concerning using this facility you'll be best served to just break your cell phone, or perhaps a oujia board
