I did my entire rental agreement online, including payment option (EasyPay). However, when it was time to pick up my purchased door lock, I was eagerly welcomed by Rachel Espinosa. She is undoubtedly, a phenomenal owner/manager, professional but with a very pleasant demeanor. She is very customer oriented, personable and has an infectious smile when you walk in the door. Raquel was so sweet. Today was my move out day for storage and she was amazing as always.
Kincade helped me out, it was a quick and easy process.I feel good knowing my storage is in a secure location and part of that is the customer service and my interactions with the people that are watching it, which they knocked right out of the park. 5/5 I would highly recommend.
