Extra Space Storage is an exceptionally nice storage facility with equally exceptional staff. Rachel and Rebecca were attentive from the start and provided me with answers before I could ask the questions. The online registration was very user friendly and signing your contract was a breeze from the comfort of my home. When I got to the facility to get my locks, one of the ladies escorted me to my storage unit and again provided me with all the pertinent info to get in and out of the facility with ease. Super courteous & helpful staff. Rebecca & Rachel are excepcional. I was super pleased with their service that this is my second time renting from extra space storage. I will continue to come to them for my storage needs.
My Experience was great Rachel the manager does a great job and Victor too. I have two parking spots and there monthly are awesome rate is the best price near my house!!! Highly recommend!!
