No complaints here. I feel my belongings and property are secure and in good hands with great staff.
Brand new storage facility right here in New Hope Minnesota Extra Space Storage has it all clean units well-lit secured and I feel that my stuff is very secure here is all climate control they are friendly and very helpful at the front desk and they make renting it a breeze you need to check them out if you're going to do any storage around the New Hope area
Cancelled my contact immediately for no reason other than sheer incompetence. Set up rental agreement, paid for first month, and then they contacted me the next day with some ridiculous excuse that they couldn't provide me the space. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I rented space for some inherited items shortly after death in the family. I am afraid I wasn't completely at my best and didn't ask enough questions. Couple years later I am paying close to double what I initially paid. So beware!

they raise their rates every few months. their excuses is it changes as rates change around you but that's a lie. it goes up no matter what and never down and I know someone who had a locker with them for a year. his lockers started at 100$ a month went up to 140$ a mont. theres always a problem with their doors. one at least one side never works and the heat on 4th floor never work. it's always cold in the winter and hot in the summer since the ac never works. they say they will fix the things but the doors are broken for m... read more
The day I went to move out of my locker the elevator was out of order. I had carry my stuff out up and down stairs. It's supposed to be climate controlled but I don't think there was any AC working. 90 degrees! For a small storage locker @65.00 per month I'm not sure it's worth it. I'm soooo glad to be out of there. I will say the manager is super nice. Unfortunately she was out on vacation.

I got this storage space for my stuff in between moves and it was ok. The facility itself was great but there were a few things that bugged me. The first being all the charges to even get the space. I paid $50 for a lock I could only use there and he said most people donate it back when they're done. My question is, so can I get a donated lock?
