Paul at the Willow St. Waltham location was very helpful in ensuring I had an appropriately sized unit that was easy for me to access. I was able to move in the same day. I will come back to give it 5 stars when the ceiling tiles are repaired and the lights that are currently out are addressed. I would feel more comfortable if there were also more security cameras inside the building.

I went visit the place looking for a storage unit. The employee was very professional and helpful. A guy named Greg helped me throughout all the units I wanted to give a look at and through the process of renting one explaining step by step everything in the lease. Great prices and great all around service by him. Thank again Greg !!!

Extra Space Storage 190 Willow in Waltham, MA. Very nice and clean. Dry. Wheeled carts to use make it easy. Staff there is awesome. Love it.
