Have been renting a large unit for almost a year. I was attracted to this place because of the climate control and easy access. Elevators were out right after we rented and we received no notification. My husband and I had to move an entire truckload (24 hour rental) ourselves up 4 flights of stairs (we are in our 60's). Response from staff was that it wasn't their fault and the elevator company had been notified. After speaking with the gentleman at the front desk, I was able to get a $50.00 credit. While I agree with other posts that this is a clean storage unit with easy access, I am disappointed that in less than 5 months they raised my cost. They said they would give a one month's notice, and they claim that they did, but I never received this notice. It is in the contract that they can raise the price at any time with a one month's notice, but I don't feel that is a great way to run a business.
