I signed up for a locker directly with the manager of the facility. Alejandra patiently explained the different options available and took us on a tour of various options. She could not have been any kinder or efficient. She was extremely helpful and processed the required paperwork quickly. She is a gem. Highly recommended. Thoyroughly easy and enjoyable experience. The 2 ladies working the front desk last Saturday morning (7/8) were very helpful. I'd like to commend their stellar customer service with helping me out with my last minute issues. Facility is clean and everything is well organized. I've been using the storage for over 10 years and I have never wrote a review. But their customer service that day was stellar and they remember everything. It's refreshing when someone can recollect your last visit in. Because of that, I'm very appreciative. Thank you.

The storage unit I rented with Extra Space is pristine! It was extremely easy to reserve online, and the rep took plenty of time to go over the process and policies to make my move date so much easier. She called within moments of my reservation. Very calm, so patient, and reassuring. The unit itself is massive especially for the price paid. There is a loading dock, and plenty of spots to park while unloading. Got a unit here about a month ago. Very efficient and hard working employees here. They will make sure you get whatever it is you need. Dominick, the manager, was very helpful in getting me what I needed.

We have had two units at this facillity for years. Never had a problem. Prior to storing our things here, we had units over on Western Avenue. Prior to COVID, we moved. Last weekend, we had a very small window to return to Chicago and we decided to move our things that same weekend.
