I'm downsizing my living situation. I shopped a few Storage facilities, before going to Extra Space. Most facilities were too busy to show me the units, because dimensions don't make sense to me. I went in last week, Catherine was amazing! First of all, she's very friendly, and has great customer service skills. She also makes it very apparent that she values your business. Easy location and very clean facility. Reasonable pricing. Aaron is super friendly and helpful for our storage needs.
Only had my storage unit for a short time, found the staff friendly & very helpful. Facility was very clean with good carts
I never really had an issue with the owners themselves. Only real issue I'm having is the fire. 2 months still no contact. My main issue is my tools in there. Tools are not cheap. I need to know how effected my unit was. If it's just smoke and water I can rent tools to get by but if it's gone then I need to start buying new.
