Kevin was great at the Durango location it seemed to be a nice facility .Then the FIRE in august happened I actually found out by watching the news and my neighbors telling me.What's so disappointing is that there is no actual person answering any phone calls or numerous messages .Not anyone returning calls an email sent out 2 or 3 days after fire had started mind you it burnt for 2 days .The email states they are waiting for inspections and reports we'll I picked those up a month in a half ago they were available the beginn... read more
The worst customer service ever. They had a fire the end of August. The communication has been terrible. They won't let us into the unit to inspect and won't even estimate time we will be able to. When I called and asked if they thought everything was ruined, they guy told me he "wasn't a fire expert". We have no info and no idea when or if we can inspect our belongings which we have been paying to store for almost a year. Warning Do not Lease a storage here!! This property has Multiple Break break ins!! My unit was broken into 24hrs after moving in. My unit is right in front of surveillance camera, Seems like an inside job. Storage insurance extremely expensive and will try everything to deny claim. I'm Currently hiring a private investigator because I know the police will not complete a full investigation. Im also hiring an attorney to sue for Gross Negligence for not providing adequate security after multiple break ins have occurred. Save y... read more

The entrance gate has been broken for 4 days and customers can't get to their storage units. (silver lining....I guess the theives cant get to the units either) These clowns cant do anything right. Read the other reviews!!! Beware!!!
Absolute worst storage facility. Twice within months of each other my mother in laws storage has been broken in to. The first time it took them 3 weeks to notify her. The second time they watched the women who broken in taking her stuff out on the flat bed carts and did nothing. The things that the women did not take were just left all in the hallway. We had a box of comic books, a computer monitor, and two longboards stolen from our locker here. Employees left us a message that our unit had been discovered unlocked - why else do you think people work at places like this? Notice that the facility has one star? It's because they are shady af. rating one star because i have too! i would give them negative 0s!! i was renting a unit for almost a year now, i was robbed!! come to my unit tuesday, january 24, 2017 to find my unit ramsacked with another lock on my unit and a lock broken in my unit!! bunch of crap!! i better see my insurance money for all my belongings that were taken! very sad, i dont live in vegas and to come back spend money to come back to see my stuff gone is heart breaking! where are my videos so i can see who was walking out with my shit!? oh of... read more
I recently rented a storage unit here. I payed them the unit during the week and I told them I wasn't moving in until that weekend. Well weekend came and I had all my stuff packed in my car and I get to my unit and it's locked with a sticker saying rent me? Like really? I paid for this unit already! And of course office is closed at this time! Then today I tried to get to my unit and the gate won't open!! Again my car is packed with stuff! I understand office hours are closed but gate shouldn't be!!
Another month, another paid in full, with no light switch or any customer service rep/manager contact. The difference between a good company and a great company is customer service and surely this one lacks it completely. I'll be on stand by when they do call. Unit 71
