RecommendedI’d give Jacob 10 stars! He helped me out quickly and so very kind, professional and compassionate. He got me into a bigger unit in under ten minutes, took me over to see the new unit to make sure it was what I needed and it was perfect. We went back to the office and we were done in five minutes. You need more Jacobs. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much.
