I understand the cost of everything has gone up, but for the price of a storage unit to be increased by $80 at one shot is ludicrous (not to mention the other annual increases). We’re in the process of moving to a larger unit down the road for a lot less money. Today they sent me an email confirming I moved out. I’m paid up until 4/22 and I NEVER NOTIFIED THEM I MOVED OUT. So, they won’t pro-rate it and give me a partial refund, but they saw the lock was off and will rent it to someone else while it’s still mine. WOULD NOT ... read more
