I got a free lock for reserving online, which saved me $20, and my storage room was free for the first month and when I arrived I didn't have to go inside the office, my lock and key was already inserted in the gate of my empty storage room, and I was able to sign all the paperwork from my phone, everything was so convenient! Awesome customer service and helpful staff members! Thanks Extra Storage Space.
