Great customer service, clean and secure storage units, easy but secure access. A friend recommended we use Extra Storage as they were very satisfied with their rentals.
The process was seamless and easy to set up. I did everything by phone and the person who assisted was professional and knowledgeable about availability of units, etc. She explained when the next payment was due and was clear on how the payment system works. I was very pleased with the experience overall. Would easily recommend this storage company to others.
I look at several storages and this by far is the cleanest and the location is perfect
